Exclusive Wedding Cars is a specialist Chauffeur Hire Company. Specialist services include corporate and business transport, weddings, special occasions and tourist services. As a chauffeur hire company we would normally require a minimum of 7 days notice or an open booking to cover a given period.
Exclusive Wedding Cars. Responsibilities
To collect you or your guests on time and to convey you or them to the destination in an appropriate manner. To act in a professional manner at all times by being courteous and polite and to provided a confidential service. Safety is of paramount importance and is therefore important that sufficient time is allowed for all journeys especially for airport transfers or anything that is time sensitive. Exclusive Services will endeavour to ascertain any potential hold ups before the journey and were possible advise you of the situation before hand but can not be held responsible for situations on the road. Although our drivers would carry out their very best endeavours to get you to them destination they would have to be mindful of the traffic laws. Exclusive Services will be responsible for the behaviour and action of their staff when working with our clients.
Client Information
Exclusive Services requires full information of the exact pick up points and destination and the number passengers, any detours or any route requirements or stops. 24 hrs notice is required for any changes to the itinerary or passengers and may be subject to extra charges. For notification of less than 24 hrs, we would endeavour to be of assistance but this would be subject to discussion and agreement
Cancellation
Deposits are non-refundable but we would happy to reschedule where possible
Balance
All balances to be paid in full 14 days prior to wedding
Refunds
Any refunds at discretion of Exclusive Services and are limited to the value of the booking only and any request must be made in writing within 10 days from the date of travel.
Disruptive or Inappropriate Behaviour
All passengers are expected to act in reasonable manner, if it’s considered that the behaviour could cause offence or endanger anyone they would be asked to leave the vehicle and they would be responsible for the rest of their journey.
Smoking Policy
For the comfort of all our passengers all our vehicles are Non- Smoking, however we would pleased to a stop for all passenger by arrangement.
Insurance
Exclusive Services has full insurance known as “hire and reward” this covers all our passenger whilst entering or alighting and travelling with us in our vehicles
Exceptions
Exclusive Services will always endeavour to carry out its obligations but can not be held responsible for anything beyond its control i.e. Weather (snow, flood, storm etc.), road works, traffic jams, civil disruption, strikes, anything that is statutory, legislative or regulative in nature. This list is not exhaustive but gives an indication of the exceptions. Furthermore it does not accept responsibility for injury, ill health, death of any passenger unless directly caused by a member of Exclusive Services. Any loss damage to passenger’s thier possessions for third parties services booked by Exclusive Services for or on behalf of its client / passengers.
Substitute Vehicles
Exclusive Sevices reserve the right to substitute vehicle due to unforseen circumstances and to inform you at the earliest opportunity.
Photography / Videography
We are happy for you to take and print photographs of the cars and or the Chauffeurs but will retain all interllectual property and for any photos taken by us with your pemission for possible inclusion in our marketing unless expressly wished otherwise.
Statutory Rights
Non of your Statutory Rights are effected by our terms and conditions
